More than happy with the cost of my car ins and also the coverof my car ins.

Five star defaqto rating for the car ins policy does give me a certain level of reassurance, along with an excess that isn't over the top. Easy to navigate website and secure payment at the end, all straight forward. It will be interesting to see what next year's premium will be now I'm on board. Very happy with this year's premium, do Sure want to keep regular customers happy.

Really happy to move my insurance policy to Esure.

Had been with another insurer for a long time and had slipped into the trap of 'auto-renewing' until my latest quote came through. Through a comparison website I found a quote from Esure that was just over half the cost of my renewal quote. Furthermore the level of cover was better than what I had before. Really happy and glad I moved to Esure.

Used a comparison site.

Used a comparison site to make the purchase. Went through to Esure site to check policy details, but due to a system upgrade, not possible. Not easy to speak to / contact a human. Bot was useless. Did get to ‘chat’ to a representative. Got my question answered. Price was better than my current provider renewal and comparison site gave a gift too.

Seems to be reasonably priced

Seems to be reasonably priced. Your competitor “Hastings direct” charged me 3x monthly what you do and so they’re robbing working people. Good options of cover aswell as a user friendly website.

Well priced cover and easy to join

Today I received my renewal from aviva, the premium had doubled. Using compare the market I had a lot of reasonable quotes, Esure flex offered me the same cover for less than half the price and the joining was straightforward, no brainier really, thank you esure!.

Application process very easy

Application process very easy on an excellent website, it was the best priced cover with a lot of excess options to suit our needs.
Login process to your documents is very good just enter your email and click on the link when it comes through.

the experience was excellent bar one…

the experience was excellent bar one little niggle.I had to use my wife's e-mail address because for some reason my e-mail address was deemed in use,whatever that means.However apart from that and having to send all the messages you sent to my wife to my e-mail as she does not have access to a printer as she uses an i-pad,the process was very good,thankyou.

Couldn’t renew so had to buy new

While it was easy to buy cover through an online aggregator as a new business customer, it would have been much easier to allow me to renew my policy through the eSure website. Unfortunately, eSure couldn’t let me log into my own policy portal.
I don’t want auto-renewal but I did want to manually renew my cover. Luckily, a new business policy is quite a bit cheaper than my renewal quote (isn’t that non-compliant now?) so I saved some money too.

Been insured with Esure a few times now & never had any problems. the whole process was smooth & prices are always cheap too which let's face it we all need cheap car insurance nowadays

I am confident that I have made a good choice.

I have used Go Compare a few times now and found them reliable so I have chosen my home insurance with their cheapest option. I have taken my time to consider various options and was pleased they didn't "time out" and I could consider all my options. I recommend the company and feel confident that I have made a good choice.

5-Month Nightmare with ESure - No Resolution, Constant Delays

I’ve been dealing with ESure for almost 5 months with no resolution to my claim. Despite contacting the Insurance Ombudsman, progress remains slow and has caused immense stress. Their repair company, Fast Track, has made unreasonable demands, booking inspections without my consent, and I’ve spent hours on the phone, missing work.

ESure customer service is unhelpful – they’ve confirmed two open claims but won’t provide details, and I can never speak to a manager. Promised call recordings haven’t been sent, and I’ve had no meaningful updates. I can’t use my car, yet I’m still paying high premiums due to their errors. I’m now considering legal action. Avoid this company!
